These terms govern access to WWJD Works, provided by Famplified LLC. By expressly accepting them, you agree on your own behalf and, if authorized, on behalf of your organization. Privacy and data handling are described separately in our Privacy notice and Data policy.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Organization administrators control invitations, permissions, and access to organization records. Only grant access to people with a legitimate need. You are responsible for activity you authorize and compliance with your organization’s rules. One organization may serve multiple churches or ministries; permissions and plan limits apply within each workspace. These terms do not confer authority to act for another church or organization.
2. Service, plans, and billing
Features and limits are those described in your selected plan and checkout. Plans are priced per organization workspace unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Paid subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until canceled through the billing portal or support. Displayed currency, applicable taxes, renewal timing, and charges are confirmed at checkout. Cancellation prevents future renewal as stated in the billing portal; refunds are subject to applicable law and any express refund promise. We may improve features and change future pricing with reasonable advance notice of material changes. A downgrade may restrict new activity while existing records remain subject to permissions and retention arrangements. No uptime or response-time guarantee applies unless separately agreed in writing.
3. Acceptable use and safety
Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, harass others, upload malicious code, send unsolicited messages, bypass access controls or plan limits, impersonate people, or disrupt the platform. Do not collect excessive sensitive information or publish private information without authority. You must have the rights and lawful permissions needed for uploaded content. WWJD Works is administrative software, not an emergency response, medical, legal, safeguarding, or professional counseling service. Do not rely on notifications for urgent situations. Contact appropriate local emergency or safeguarding services when necessary. Public prayer forms must not be used for another person’s sensitive information without proper authority.
4. Content and intellectual property
Your organization retains its rights in its records and content. You grant Famplified LLC a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the service, follow lawful instructions, and meet legal obligations. Public display requires the relevant permissions. This is not a sale of your data. Famplified LLC and its licensors retain rights in the software, design, documentation, and marks. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, nonexclusive right to use the service during your authorized access. Third-party materials remain subject to their licenses. Report alleged infringement with sufficient details to info@email.famplified.com.
5. Data protection and European requirements
Organizations must provide required privacy information, establish lawful processing grounds, minimize collection, manage permissions, and respond to individuals’ rights. Religious beliefs and health information require particular care and, where applicable, an additional special-category processing condition. Do not treat agreement to these terms as consent from the people described in records. Where required, the parties must execute an appropriate data processing agreement addressing instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, assistance, deletion or return, and audit rights before processing regulated data. Restricted international transfers require a valid transfer arrangement and any necessary assessment or supplementary measures. Contact us to arrange these requirements before uploading affected data. These terms do not themselves execute standard contractual clauses, appoint an EU representative, or certify GDPR compliance. Mandatory privacy rights prevail over conflicting contractual language.
6. Suspension, cancellation, and export
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, material breach, or nonpayment, and provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue when practical and lawful. You may stop using the service and cancel paid renewal at any time. Authorized users can export supported records, subject to permissions. Arrange an export and deletion request before closing a workspace; billing cancellation alone does not delete data. We will handle return or deletion according to applicable law and the agreed processing arrangements, including necessary retention exceptions and backup limitations. Provisions that logically survive termination, including payment obligations, confidentiality, ownership, and lawful liability limitations, continue to apply.
7. Warranties and limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To that same extent, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, and Famplified LLC’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 or the fees paid by your organization for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be limited, or any liability or statutory right that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude or limit. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes, disputes, and general provisions
Contact info@email.famplified.com to try to resolve a service dispute. This does not restrict your right to contact a regulator or a competent court. These terms are governed by Oklahoma law, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory protections in your place of residence. Business disputes may be brought in competent state or federal courts in Oklahoma. Consumers retain any mandatory local court and legal remedies. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed. A separately signed agreement or mandatory data-processing terms take priority where they conflict with these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Neither party may transfer this agreement in a way that reduces mandatory rights. Material changes will be notified in advance where practical and will require renewed acceptance when required. The language versions are intended to convey the same terms; ambiguities will be resolved consistently with applicable law and mandatory protections.
