Keep a campus group's leader, meeting details and roster together. Choose existing People records, save the group, and reopen it when your team needs it.
- Assign eligible staff leaders and set an optional capacity. Joining a roster does not create an account or grant access.
- Add or remove people, find active groups, and close or reopen a group while retaining its roster.
- Download the roster you are permitted to view. Groups is an internal staff tool; public discovery and member self-service are not available.
Groups uses your church's shared app selection and billing. Access requires both Groups and People staff permission for the campus. Selecting an app does not grant those permissions.
Where Attendance is selected and authorized, staff can use a Group roster to start a session. Later roster edits do not rewrite saved attendance.
Attendance for your staff team
Record a dated service session or start from an authorized Group roster. Mark existing People as present, absent or excused, then save and reopen the session.
- Correct a saved session with a reason and review its recorded history. Later Group roster edits leave saved attendance unchanged.
- Filter by date or Group and download the sessions you are permitted to view. Counts describe recorded attendance entries, not unique people or anonymous headcounts.
- Attendance is an internal staff tool. Public QR check-in, self check-in and child pickup are not available.
Attendance uses your church's shared app selection and billing. Access requires Attendance and People staff permission for the campus; linked sessions also require access to their source Group. Selecting an app does not grant those permissions.
